SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Time-frame:

Order received and confirmed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 4 PM are processed and dispatched the following day. Shipments are only processed after verification.

When you place an order with us, you can expect your package to be delivered within 1-3 business days. Please note that this timeframe is exclusive of public holidays, if any.

Shipment Tracking:

All shipments are dispatched via a traceable courier. A tracking number will be shared shortly after order is placed on the provided mobile number or email.

Delivery Charges:

MENOVA provides free shipping on orders over Rs. 2,990/-

Orders below this amount will be charged standard shipping Rs.175/-
